Where to Use an Infrared Mat?

The best and most convenient way to use an infrared mat is on the floor.
DO NOT use the infrared mat on surfaces made of latex, plastic, waterbeds, memory foam, or other highly flammable materials.
Additionally, the product should not be used on synthetic bedding or furniture surfaces.
Tip: Create the right atmosphere with candles, soothing music, and your favorite podcast or TV show.

We recommend wearing light, breathable, cotton, short clothing. Alternatively, if you prefer not to wear clothes, you can use a thin cotton sheet.
We do not recommend wearing synthetic fabrics.
You can also use the infrared mat completely naked if desired.
For men, we suggest placing a towel over the intimate area while using the infrared mat.

Climb into the sheet and then into the infrared mat. After the session, the sheet should be discarded.
Clean the infrared mat with a slightly damp cloth and, if necessary, disinfectant wipes.

We recommend a 10-14 day course, no more than 2-3 times per year.
After completing the course, you can use the mat 1-2 times per week.
Do not use the mat for longer than 60 minutes at a time.

Clean the mat thoroughly after each session using a warm, damp cloth and, if possible, an antibacterial wipe or solution.
We recommend using inner sheets during sessions to make cleaning easier and to catch sweat and liquids inside the sheet.

You can conveniently adjust the temperature and time using the control panel (remote) even while lying in the mat.
Select your desired temperature level (1-6) from the remote:

  • Level 1 = 35°C
  • Level 2 = 45°C
  • Level 3 = 55°C
  • Level 4 = 65°C
  • Level 5 = 75°C
  • Level 6 = 80°C

Set the time between 30-60 minutes, then press the power button.
We recommend starting with 50-60°C for up to 30 minutes. Gradually increase the temperature and session time day by day.
Ensure you feel comfortable and safe. A session should never exceed 60 minutes per day.

Drink more water! Stay hydrated before, during, and after the session.
The more water you drink, the quicker and more efficiently toxins are flushed out of your body.

Silicone is a polymer and may release toxic substances at high temperatures due to infrared radiation.
Women with breast implants should consult the clinic where their implants were placed before purchasing or using an infrared mat.

Drink 1-2 glasses of water and rest calmly.

Clean the mat with a damp cloth and antibacterial wipes or solution.

Allow the mat to cool for at least 30 minutes before folding it.

When not in use, always switch the mat off and unplug it from the wall.

Store the mat in a cool, dry place.

Do not tightly wrap the cord around the mat. The cord should remain loose.

Avoid placing other items, especially electronic devices, on top of the mat.

Ensure you have no contraindications before use.

Inspect the mat for damage, wear, holes, or exposed wires before use.

Never leave the mat unattended when plugged in.

It’s crucial to stay hydrated before, during, and after the session.

Start sessions gradually.

Do not use the mat for longer than 60 minutes at a time.

Begin the course at lower temperatures (55-65°C) and gradually increase after a few days. The maximum temperature is 80°C.

Pay attention to how you feel—high temperatures are not suitable for everyone. Stop the session immediately if you feel unwell.

After the course, use the mat 1-2 times per week.
